has over 25 years restaurant experience. As owner/president of Paladin Management Consultants, Inc., he offers classes in English, Spanish and on-site classes. He is available for in-house workshops and consulting. He also provides in-house inspections to provide feedback on violations before a foodborne outbreak occurs.

Hope Paladines

has over 15 years of restaurant and food industry experience. She offers classes in English as well as on-site classes for groups of 10 or more. She is also available to answer your food safety questions regarding certification in the State of Illinois as well as ServSafe certification.
